A freezer named Frank. There are several freezers around the bakery and hence hard to know which freezer is No. 2 or No.4. Everyone knows where “Frank” is, hence the names.
Dusty at work.
The Dusty Apron is a wholesale operation but some of it goes to the retail store at Dusty’s Depot. This photo captures a moment in time, that no longer exists. At first, Stephane (in picture) would come to the bakery to pick up the bread. That situation changed and now the bread is delivered directly to the Depot.
