“I watch the daily reports for frosts” says Ben. Frosts and changing weather has made coffee prices quite volatile. A kilo of coffee can see huge spikes in prices costing several thousands of dollars per month in additional costs.
That’s one heavy bag, weighing in at 60kg (132 pounds).

While Ben moves to packaging the roasted coffee beans, Matt takes over. It’s an ongoing loop that that involves roasting, packaging, delivering and back again to the starting point.
