The Birmingham Small Arms Company Limited (BSA) went from making guns to bicycles. In 1880 the changeover proved to be very feasible. However, the logo didn’t change. If you look at a BSA bike even today, it bears the logo of three guns stacked vertically.

The (blue) bicycle on the right is probably one of New Zealand’s most expensive bikes. Made of aluminium around 1935, it has balloon tyres, much like many modern bikes.
Dion had to lend his bike to someone else and this was a last minute replacement. Hence, the deflated tyres needed some attention.
