Moana Fisheries’ oyster processing plant, is located in Wiri, South Auckland.
The oysters have to be sorted in various sizes before they head to the packaging area.
When a tray has been filled, a peg/clip is added to the tray. Each person on the line has a different colour peg. Based on the number of pegs, it’s possible to measure how many trays the person has completed.
