OMGoodness Bread was the result of over 10 years of work—and all of it done at home. Scott Wynand’s goal was to provide a yummy, gluten-free bread for his young daughter who was gluten-intolerant. Gluten-free bread can be spongy, heavy and almost doomed to toast just to work. However, Wynand was not giving up. Today, OmGoodness is a staple in Hawke’s Bay and also in other parts of New Zealand.
