Crêpes tend to have traditional flavours such as fresh lemon juice & sugar, apple & cinnamon etc. However, Sweet As has added some very Kiwi teasting crêpes including salted caramel, Nutella & banana and berries & cream.
Lisa Shepherd, has run the crêpe business since 2007. The stall was set up at the very first Coatesville Market north of Auckland.
