The boot camps are usually once a month for a few months leading up to National Sprints competition in Lake Karapiro in January.
Apart from the boot camps the trainings through the year are normally intense paddling sessions for 1.5 hours and it’s with a coffee afterwards—if a weekend session.
This session was the first part of a weekend boot camp where there were several sessions mingled with yoga or stretch sessions and some “kai”.
